What is the payment process for booking your services?

As a small boutique design studio, we request full payment upfront to ensure we can dedicate our full attention to your project. Once we've received the payment, we'll secure your project slot and get started.

How many revisions do you offer?

You will always have full access to Figma and can provide unlimited comments throughout the project. We also include 3 feedback calls during our 2-week projects and 2 during our 1-week projects.

What can I do with the recommendations provided after a workshop with Studio Lenzing?

Our workshops and packages provide you with actionable insights and specific action items to improve your product's user experience and design. After the workshop, the outcomes and recommendations are entirely yours. You can choose to work with us further or implement the changes on your own. We're always available to support you beyond our packages.

Do you offer complete design services that require more than a two or one-week sprint?

Absolutely! We also offer complete design services for larger website or app projects that may take several months to complete. Just reach out to us with the details of your project, and we'll provide you with a custom offer and timeline. Have a look on our Services page.
